We Work with You

When you refer patients to IVOne, you remain their physician and direct all patient care. We collect enough information from you to ensure we are doing everything as you wish. During each patient visit to IVOne, we will employ safeguards to ensure your patient receives only the therapies you ordered, nothing more, nothing less. If you wish you may issue standing orders for pre-medication and labs, and you may alter your orders whenever you see fit. We will interview the patient upon arrival for each treatment and determine if the patient is in good enough health to receive it. If we have questions regarding a patient’s condition, we will contact you before proceeding. Our physician supervisor is onsite to oversee safety standards and practices and to consult with you if necessary.

Who We Treat

IVOne provides infusions and injections for various chronic conditions. We treat patients with immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and certain cancers. We do not administer chemotherapy and we do not compound any drugs.

Notes

The referral form will ask for patient demographic information. We also have an order form for most of the therapies we offer along with specific clinical notes. If you have a signed prescription form or any existing prior authorization information, please provide those also. To inquire about a specific therapy not listed below, please call us at xx-xxxxxxx.

Drawing Labs

We will draw labs for your patients based on the type and frequency you order. Lab results will be shared with the prescribing physician and any change to the patient’s therapy that may result will be dictated solely by the prescribing physician or designee.
